Shipping policy
Generally orders placed before noon during weekdays will be shipped in the same day via local couriers. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping* For orders over $150
Free Shipping is applicable on orders over $150.00 total value of products, after any discounts, to most areas of Australia. Remote and some Regional areas of Australia are also excluded in this Free Shipping Offer. But we will keep the shipping charge at the basic cost that the couriers charge us.
There are certain bulky products excluded from this offer including the following:
- The delivery address is outside of Australia.
- The delivery address is in Victoria and the total weight of the order exceeds 20kg.
- The delivery address is outside of Victoria and the total weight of the order exceeds 12kg.
- The order includes a particularly heavy/large volume item such as Buckets & bucket kits or a Kranzle pressure washer.
- Note: Free Shipping is available through the cheapest local courier service only.
Once your order is despatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your order and its progress. If your parcel is taking longer than expected to arrive, we recommend that you track it first using the information emailed to you on despatch, then if required raise an enquiry directly with local couriers.
Free pickup available at our store in Melbourne
We have local store in Melbourne. You are welcome to select the “Pickup” option in your check out page. We’ll collect your items for you and send you an email to let you know when your order is ready to collect. Order before Midday for Same-Day Click & Collect or, if you make your order in the afternoon, it will be ready the next day.

Change or cancel order
If your order has not been verified and already picked by our warehouse; yes you can. You should email us with the changes you require ASAP so we can manually process the changes and contact you. Once your order details have been sent to the Courier then we cannot stop the package unfortunately.
